R’ Boruch of Mezhibuzh zt”l (Butzina D’Nehora) would say: “'עשר תעשר' - An allusion to the concept of 'עשר בשביל שתתעשר' - ‘giving a tithe so one will be showered with riches,’ is also found in the pasuk, 'כף אחת עשרה זהב מלאה' - ‘one gold ladle of ten shekels filled’ (במדבר ז:יד). The word ‘kaf’ (כף) in Hebrew also means ‘palm [of the hand].’ The Torah is teaching us that ‘kaf’ - the palm of the hand - ‘achas asarah’ - which gives away one of ten to charity - will merit in return, ‘zahav melei’ah’ - to be filled with gold.”
